Michael McKell

The incredibly talented actor, Michael McKell has graced our screens on films such as  Essex Boys, Allied, and Winter Ridge.

 

In 2019, Michael can be seen in The Guard of Auschwitz which he executive produced.

Casting Director

Polly Hootkins CDG

Polly is a highly regarded industry professional having trained at LAMDA. Polly previously worked as an actress and an agent before becoming a casting director and member of the Casting Director’s Guild in 1989. 

Her credits include Cutthroat Island starring Geena Davis and Matthew Modine, The Long Kiss Goodnight and Closing the Ring which was directed by Richard Attenborough.

Director

Terence Daw

Terence is a highly experienced writer, director and producer.  In 2009, Terence wrote and directed the UK/SA feature film Surviving Evil starring Billy Zane. 

Terence’s next project is crime/drama Willow Heights, which is produced by CFF’s own Carl Mackenzie.

Tony Fisher

BBC Radio DJ and broadcaster Tony Fisher is a self-confessed film geek and host of the BBC Essex afternoon show, In the Afternoon with Tony Fisher.

Producer

Charlette Kilby

After working on numerous award winning short films and founding Strathie Film, Charlette went on to produce sci-fi epic Solis.

Her latest film Dark Encounter, starring Laura Fraser and Alice Lowe, is due for release later in the year

Writer / Director

Keith Lynch

One half of The Brothers Lynch duo, who were not only selected as Screen International Stars of Tomorrow, but are also noted as amongst the top 100 new writers in Hollywood.

Their first film, Duel, premiered at BFI London Film Festival and after further short film success, they have gone on to write thriller feature film Final Score, starring Pierce Brosnan and Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy).

Production Designer

May Davis

As well as designing short films for Creative England's iShorts and Film London schemes, May has also worked on feature films such as Swallows and Amazons, Calibre and Farming.

May has been a member of the BAFTA crew since 2017.
